We will review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.

Counter-notice

If material you posted (such as a comment) was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and phone number with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or Utah, if you live outside the United States).

Content on YouTube

Videos on the Site play from YouTube. To report a video hosted on YouTube, you can also use YouTube’s copyright process.

Repeat infringers may have their access to commenting removed. Sending a false notice may make you liable for damages.
